Garlic and Soy Chicken Drumsticks


Ingredients


6 Chicken drumsticks (Amino Acids: Iso-leucine. Minerals: Magnesium, Sulphur and Zinc. Protein. Vitamins: A, B3 and B6.)
3 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of crushed garlic  (Minerals: Selenium, Iron, Potassium, Zinc, Calcium, Manganese, Sulphur and Magnesium. Vitamins: A, C, B1 and Thiamine B1)
Olive Oil for cooking

Method


1) Cook drumsticks with garlic and soy in a covered pan on low heat until cooked through
2) Turn regularly
3) Can be served cold.


Zucchini Fritters


Ingredients


1 cup of grated zucchini (Minerals: Folate, Potassium and Manganese. Vitamins: A)
2 medium - large eggs (Amino Acids: Cystein,Tryptophan and Valine. Minerals: Calcium, Iodine, Phosphorus, Potassium, Selenium, Sulphur and Zinc. Protein. Vitamins: B2 )
1 tablespoon of olive oil for cooking
Sprinkle of nutmeg

Method


1) Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
2) Stir until well combined.
3) Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
4) Mould mixture into medium size balls and press flat into pan with skillet
5) When brown on one side, turn and cook the other side.

 

Rice Cakes & Tahini or Avocado

Ingredients


2 to 3 large rice cakes (Protein: Valine,)
1 tablespoon of Tahini or 1/2 an avocado
(Minerals: Iron, Copper, Sodium and Potassium, Magnesium and Zinc. Vitamins: C, E and B Complex. Acids: Amino and Folic. Other: Nerve salts and Fruit Oil.)


Method

1) Spread the rice cakes with either the tahini or avocado.
2) You can also add sardines or salmon for more variety.
